Use ClickPost in Kim to check tracking and request eligible delivery reattempts, date changes, or address updates.

What you’ll get

• Answer tracking questions from shipment data.

  Retrieve the ClickPost tracking record and use its returned shipment details while answering a delivery question.

• Request reattempts or delivery-date changes.

  Request a delivery reattempt or change the delivery date for an eligible shipment.

• Update an eligible delivery address.

  Submit an address update through ClickPost when the selected shipment is eligible for that action.
